‘A NIGHT OF WEEDS’

Chris Slinger -noxious weeds officer on noxious and problem weeds in and around our town gardens and farming area. Identification and action strategies including ‘Coolatai grass’ that threatens the productivity in our area.

Cynthia Griffiths- weeds and pests facilitator with the D.P.I, launching the new BMT for cropping systems, forms of weed control and results from the latest weed control demonstrations

During the evening the Mirrool creek landcare committee will be formed- ‘to incorporate or work in the network?’. We will also begin discussions on the appropriate lines of the corridor from Yarranjerry to Mirrool.
