12.3.4.Management of wildlife on a horticultural block

Wildlife can sometimes become a problem on horticultural blocks due to the potential for animals such as flying foxes (fruit bats) and native birds such as cockatoos to do significant damage to crops.
As native wildlife is protected, consult your local NSW DPI office for information about the most effective, non-lethal control methods.
