As you would know it looks like a fully fledged El Nino is on its way, with warming Pacific surface and sub-surface temperatures, and the SOI firmly negative.

Australia’s water governance and water trading innovations are attracting a lot of interest in California, which is grappling with water management in an unprecedented drought.
