Seed collecting workshop - Grenfell

Young District Landcare in partnership with Weddin Landcare are hosting this free workshop, covering sustainable and ethical collection methods of seed for revegetation.

Topics will also include basic plant ID, when and how to collect seed and drying seed. There will also be a direct seeding demonstration.

We will be collecting seed from a wide variety of wattles on the day, which will be a great opportunity to start acquiring seed for your own revegetation projects.
