Murrumbidgee Landcare e-news - September 2018
Welcome to the September edition of Murrumbidgee Landcare's e-news!
The wattle is flowering, the days are warming up and some (most?) of us have even gotten a bit of rain. What a wonderful time of year!
The Henty Machinery Field Days are on next week, and we’re all very excited and looking forward to meet with many of you at the Landcare Shed - so be sure to drop in and say hello while you’re there!
The 2018 National Landcare Conference is also coming up, and the program is jam-packed with interesting presentations. The three Bob Hawke Landcare Award finalists have just been announced, with the winner to be presented at the conference. The winners of the National Landcare Awards will also be announced at the conference, and there is still time to vote for us in the People’s Choice Award.
Remember, if you’d like some assistance or advice on anything to do with Landcare, you can always contact your Local Landcare Coordinator or the Murrumbidgee Landcare office. We’re here to help all Landcarer’s in our region!
